thank you man, I appreciate what you doing. I ended up talking to Ford who also can't figure out what's going on. so they had me make an appointment with the dealership who was going to update my blue Cruise. I guess I have other software recalls as well didn't know until I spoke with the Early Access program Tech

I get the same spinning circle of eternity on my own truck when I authorize myself through PTS and I haven't figured it out.

They tried to update the APIM, but said it kept erroring out.

Funny ... that's the exact same thing they told me 1.5 weeks ago that prompted them to ... replace the APIM. Note that they claimed back then that they updated it, despite it showing up as an available SW update in FDRS. Makes me wonder if they ever updated it after they installed it.

So they get in touch with Ford Engineering again. Suggestion: Order another APIM and replace the one they just installed ~2 weeks ago.

Hard to believe the new APIM and IPMA modules that they just ordered and replaced in the last ~2 weeks were BOTH bad (they already re-replaced the IPMA module a few days back.

So ... here we wait for another APIM module to be delivered.

Hey @Livnitup , Can you run my VIN in and tell me where my truck is as far as updates please? I don't believe I have received any OTA updates since I received my F150 in March 2021 and my dealership sounded clueless when I talked about the stuck OTA updates issues when I called to schedule an appointment for the warranty work. Is there an official TSB about this issue. Here is my VIN: 1FTEW1EP3MFA91686

Thanks a million.

Did they say if they only attempted to update the APIM via USB drive or did they also try via OBD2? The OBD2 is what it tells them to try if the USB errors out but takes several hours so I'm just curious if they tried that?

Can you still see your OTA history under that tab? Mine just shows a blank page.
