I don't know, that's one version I didn't get. Mine went from 22034_PRODUCT Revision: 364(2.5.3) to 22095_PRODUCT Revision: 421(2.8.3).

Do your cameras work while driving?

I haven’t checked that…. I went from 21281.244 to 22087.415 so had skipped a few versions others have spoken of, but no BC for sure. I’ll have to check the cameras tomorrow. Thanks!

Got it. So I have skipped a few. Hopefully it will work itself out as the dealer service working with Ford has not been successful.

on OTAs, I have set my schedule in the truck to nightly at 1:00am. Do you know if this is when the truck asks Ford for any updates, or does this schedule get sent to FordPass and they will push out updates at that time if/when available….?

This is what mine looked like after I got it back from the dealer last week.. They could not quite get it working completely. I was told from the other forum it was a problem with the Gateway Module. Tired a PMI on the GWM but gave an error. the next day a new GWM update came out. Did this and got BlueCruise!

All of my OTA updates came in between 9am-2pm, PDT, except for the one I got last week, it came at 7:30pm. I could not drive the truck for three of the update while they were being installed, those three warned me on the FordPass app as well as on the Sync display, One of them did take about 1.5 hours to install.

I should have mentioned, that only the ones that require the truck to not be driven need the schedule to be set, or you can press the "Update Now" button.

Do you have a schedule setup in Sync? I wonder if I should turn off the schedule so it can download during the day too…. Or just specify the whole day as my schedule…. I think it is a push out from Ford as I don’t see nightly activity at 1am when it would be checking in…. Ford must initiate the push when there is an update…

I do have one set for 10:30pm, but when I got the message saying there was an update requiring the truck to not be driven, and that it would be installed at my next schedule setting, I just went out to the truck and hit the "Update Now" button and they installed then.

question for anyone who had their truck in for the "stuck update" that caused the update menu to be greyed out. My truck is now unstuck but hasnt received an OTA prior to the fix and none going on about a month now. What will trigger the updates to be queued? should I continue to wait or make a trip back to the dealer for the 21G01 service campaign. I asked the dealer to perform that once it was finally unstuck but they "didn't have the software" to do it at the time. this was of course an excuse not to do it.
