Software Updates
A couple of weeks ago I received a notification on Fordpass that my truck was updated to 2.30. I thought great, here we go. Well, now no more updates but it now tends to go into deep sleep frequently and Fordpass tells me to go physically start it to bring it out of deep sleep. It has never entered deep sleep before.
When your APIM stayed awake overnight to complete the large install, it may have further degraded weak cells in your battery or messed up BMS. I would try a BMS reset as a quick possible fix.
You should disconnect your battery (or batteries if PowerBoost) to reboot all the ECUs in your F150 too. One of them might be stuck after the update and no longer executing its shutdown properly resulting in parasitic draw which would lead to deep sleep.

@roadPilot FDRS history for your VIN is now showing and below shows the activity on 4/1 and 4/2
So does the activity you posted (also) indicate that all the modules were updated by SUN afternoon and no more are waiting to be installed right now?
My service manager had emailed me on FRI to tell me things were still "not fixed", even though "all the updates had been done". But clearly, they were NOT done yet if they applied the APIM and GSM updates on SAT afternoon. Oh, and the APIM was one of the two modules that they physically replaced about 1.5 weeks ago.
Thanks, @Livnitup I appreciate all your help thus far.

I doesn't appear they ever did the APIM update as it shows still under software updates; all I see on the history is them resetting the APIM but not updating it. The service tech did the GSM on 4/1 but then did it again likely because for some reason the GSM update doesn't disappear from the list after it's updated like most modules so he did it again.

I am at the point if the software is not pushed for my truck to enable BlueCruise when it goes in for recalls, I want a refund on the depreciating Option package that in on my Limited. Nothing like a close to $80K truck that still does not have BlueCruise enabled. Nothing is worse than watching a GMC commercial during the NCAA tournament last night showing their automated driving and have my wife go "Isnt your truck supposed to do that"
Get it right @FORD. People are not going to be paying for your option packages in the future for advertised options that will be rolled out during the model year. Oh wait, I have a 2021 and 2022 have been out for about 5 months now. So you still haven't delivered on an option a year later

Thank you so much for offering. I am trying to get the dealer to do both recalls on it at the same time. The one with the rivets that I had taken it in for specifically, then they said they needed to wait on parts. Thats been 2 months now. I requested they do the BlueCruise update when I took it in the first time and they didnt. do either. Hopefully I can get it in for both within the next 2 weeks.

I see this as two separate problems because OTA 2.3.0 has worked fine for lots of us already and it has become clear there is a large batch of bad under-the-hood batteries floating around in these F150 as per all the other threads on this website.
