I am at the point if the software is not pushed for my truck to enable BlueCruise when it goes in for recalls, I want a refund on the depreciating Option package that in on my Limited. Nothing like a close to $80K truck that still does not have BlueCruise enabled. Nothing is worse than watching a GMC commercial during the NCAA tournament last night showing their automated driving and have my wife go "Isnt your truck supposed to do that"

Get it right @FORD. People are not going to be paying for your option packages in the future for advertised options that will be rolled out during the model year. Oh wait, I have a 2021 and 2022 have been out for about 5 months now. So you still haven't delivered on an option a year later

I certainly appreciate your help on this forum and would be happy to donate to your charity.
I can't see any OTA History for your truck but here's the available updates:

If the software is up to date, what is the version? Are the version specific to the trim? Thanks.

Default Where am I at with updates?

I am wondering if anyone has the ability to check my VIN on its status with OTA updates when they get some time. I haven't had an update in a while it seems. I have my auto-update set for every day.
Thank you in advance!

Instead of asking for something they will never agree to, why not just have them install all the updates to enable BlueCruise?

A couple of weeks ago I received a notification on Fordpass that my truck was updated to 2.30. I thought great, here we go. Well, now no more updates but it now tends to go into deep sleep frequently and Fordpass tells me to go physically start it to bring it out of deep sleep. It has never entered deep sleep before. It also had the Trailer software recall show up about the same time.
So I called the OTA direct line. The lady at the other end told me that I had a failed update but that there was an update released April 1st that would take care of it. I've rescheduled updates, disconnected the battery, left the door open, etc, in hopes to reset for updates but nothing happens. I look at my home router and see that my truck queries out and communicates but doesn't get a download. It is a Job1 truck from 11-20.
I was just about to go the route of getting FDRS and the Mongoose adapter and I see that they are sold out.

Guess I'll take it in and hope for the best. I took it in for the insulation recall and they said they couldn't get the rivets and to check back with them every month or two...

So is 2.3 the latest OTA released? Thank you for checking into this.

Note: they already did the GSM update shown below but for some reason that update doesn't drop off the list after it's done. It's also not showing me any OTA history on OASIS right now either.
@roadPilot FDRS history for your VIN is now showing and below shows the activity on 4/1 and 4/2:
