Can someone help me with my vin# 1FTFW1E87MFA20262. I'm online with a Ford rep and they keep quoting the manual on how to set up the Pro Trailer backup for the stickers. I've explained numerous times it doesn't give this options and keep inquiring about the update, which of course they say my truck has the latest update.

Can someone help with Vin#1FTFW1E88MKD11117 I've been going back and forth with ford early release and they forced my update through. It loaded but I think it needs another one. When I check on my truck it doesn't say what version, just that it included an owners manual on sync.

I need help too if you don't mind. My vin is 1FTFW1ED9MFA77771 I also think I am stuck on 1.7 I would like to know what I am talking about when I go to service.
