@rugedraw That's what I was thinking, but wanted to confirm first. Thanks for checking!

I'll go in there and help them out.
I am just about to give up on 4.3.4. It kept failing, I assume due to a low voltage issue like many others have experienced. I went out and purchased a Dewalt 30 Amp charger (https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-3.../313553311)and left it on, but the update is still failing. And since dealers/technicians do not get paid to perform updates, the only way I am going to get cameras in motion is to purchase a new truck.

Maybe a silly question, but did you have the charger set to AGM? When the update tried to install last night, it failed because the SOC of the battery was at 66%. First thing I would do is to reset the BMS on the truck and let it try again tonight with the charger on. If that does not work, I would go to your local auto parts with the battery in hand and drop it off to have them do a Rotunda battery test to make sure your battery isn't in need of replacement. That battery test will take a few hours, so I recommend dropping it off. Also, call first to make sure they have the Rotunda tester before you make the trip.

Your truck got the OTA trigger for this update on 8/11, and this particular update will not time out for 30 days. You still have about 3 weeks to get it to go through before the OTA times out and you have to wait for it to be resent. Time is on your side.

Thanks for the info. I will try it again tonight and see how it goes.

Failing due to low battery voltage for both of you. I recommend the same thing for you guys as everyone else. Drive the truck for a half hour or so before you park it for the night. Hook up a 10amp+ battery AGM battery charger to it overnight. Set the auto-update schedule to install the update at 4am or so after the truck has been sitting on the charger for a bit. Pray that the OTA gods shine upon thee.
