Software Updates
No, which is what is kinda confusing. The screen in the truck says 4.3.4 and "completed", but my Ford Pass app still says 4.3.2. And I now have features that apparently are in 4.3.4 that weren't available on my truck on Friday. It seems like maybe something didn't complete and I need to hook up to a 10-amp battery tender to allow them to install completely.
Interesting. PTS does not show it went through, but PTS has not been accurate in the past. If your truck says it got 4.3.4 and you have cameras in motion, then you got the update and PTS failed to record it properly.
Ok, thanks! I guess I will be paying the dealer a visit for the pre-collision assist issue.
Ok, well I won't need to hook up a battery tender to finalize any updates. I just went and cranked my truck to see if by some miracle the "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available" error was gone. It was not. However, I now have 4.3.5.
Version numbers don't always make sense with 4.3.4 coming out apparently months after 4.3.5.
If you have the rear cameras in motion did you also gain full screen Android Auto / Apple Carplay? That was the other big feature update. Alexa came later.

You could possibly do it in Forscan if it is just a calibration, but with all the errors showing make the dealer fix it.
I'd just go in tell them you've had that message after an update and another update didn't fix it. They normally don't get paid labor to update modules but I think they might figure out how to get paid if it will fix your issue.
