@rugedraw So I actually had this at the dealer and they updated some apim and other modules and made some progress in updating the Sync system. It doesn't seem to be fully updated; they had it overnight just to get to where it is now. I'm unsure (and so are they) if they fixed the underlying issues, or if they just were able to manually update to a degree with their method. I was on revision 1xx something prior to this.
I'll attach the current Sync info. The truck still says "no updates found" but hoping maybe I'll get an OTA sent my way. Any chance to re-check this to see what the dealer may have fixed? Any info would be useful for if I need to take this back.

They updated the APIM and TCU, but when they tried to update the GWM, it failed a few times and they let it truck out without updating it. Stand by while I ask the guru to see if there are any issues.
@rugedraw Wondering what my software status is? Had many notices for update at 1AM (6-7 times). Including yesterday. Come morning, nothing there. Just upgraded Xmas time.
@wj73 Your truck is fine in terms of it does not have any config issues that would prevent you from getting updates. It is just a matter of waiting for them to actually be sent to you.

No OTA history on your truck, so what you are seeing is a phantom update message that has been reported a lot by owners during the 6.x.x stages of the OTA process. The updates you did on 12/21 are part of the 6.x.x series, so that is where you are in terms of OTA's. You can ignore the message you are seeing.

Thank you! Once again. Need to send you a fruit basket or something.

A fruit basket? lmao! That's a first! I'll take "or something" instead.
Seriously, I appreciate the gesture, but it's not necessary. I don't do what I do for any kind of compensation. I just like to help those that I can since a lot of things are way out of my control and/or scope of knowledge.

So even if the GWM didn't update successfully, I should be able to grab OTA updates when they send out? If so, I'd love to avoid going back to the dealer.

Correct. Just no way of knowing when that will happen.
As we all know, the 20-23 time period included a lot of parts-supply issues. One wonders whether these issues led Ford to order or to accept some lower quality batteries than it would have done in the past. The widespread battery failures of recent weeks that are correlated with cold weather just are not consistent with the F15tos being "Ford tough" as advertised. More fundamentally, they are not consistent with the expected capabilities and uses of the vehicle.
So maybe their is some issue with the batteries, or maybe there is some engineering issue involving the design of the truck's electrical system marginally failing the requirements of OTA, or maybe just random failures. Whatever the case, it's great that your battery was replaced, and I am hoping that mine will be also.
It turns out that the most prominent issue with my truck (2023 F150 Platinum Powerboost) was that the local squirrels had built a big nest in the engine compartment when the weather got really cold (for central NC). (Having a truck eaten by squirrels sounds comical, and it really is funny to think about, but it is also a serious concern around here.) In the process (or maybe in their spare time they chewed through lots of the wiring. People say squirrels like the taste of the insulation. Maybe the wires on new trucks taste better, as my previous trucks (over two decades) never had squirrel issues. Anyway, the truck has now been sitting at the dealer's service department for the last 10 days, waiting for replacement parts to come in. The dealer says what's needed is on "national backorder" and is unsure when they will be available. It's frustrating, partly because I had imagined having available parts would be a strength of an F150, but right now it seems a matter of just waiting.
