Software Updates
I have no idea why that's happening. PTS is not showing any error codes relevant to that. It is not showing low battery voltage either, Very strange.
A master reset will kill any OTA you have in your queue. Those people in Ford's OTA hotline don't know a damn thing. It is failing due to low battery voltage. Your battery SOC is at 70%. It was failing for the same reason the first time around.

Received 4.3.5 on the 14th and 22-PU-1009-PPO-SI this morning. The last one prior that I am aware of was 4.2.4. So I think it skipped 4.3.2, 4.3.3 and 4.3.4.

Add me to list of 4.3.4 update fail I installed new battery and hooked to charger. Still get message of We recently tried to install a Ford Power-Up software update for your 2021 F-150 but were unsuccessful. We'll try the installation again at your next regularly scheduled update time. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your F-150.
I have a Lariat with built in navigation that will work as a real GPS after trial subscription. Like your 2020. Traditional navigation system of the past.
Most have lower trim use "connected navigation" that uses Internet for everything and will be a pointless moving map with no navigation ability without subscription.
Built in uses the connected for traffic data but the maps will still work without any future updates as far as I know. It might update with one of the OTA updates but I doubt it since they want subscription money.
For the folks struggling with 4.3.4….
I have a 2021 job 1 Powerboost. The update has failed 4 straight nights. Are you guys connecting the positive charger cable to the battery side of the sensor? Or to the opposite side of the sensor?
and are you guys attaching the negative termite of the charger to the ground screw? Or to the negative terminal of the battery?
