I did get the Mongoose and power supply in today, but have not pulled the FDRS license trigger yet. I may wait and see if the IPC comes in and let them do their thing and reassess after the dust settles... I would hate to foul something up and have Ford use that as a reason to not replace it under warranty...
@Livnitup OK, the plot thickens. I just got a call from the dealer regarding my IPC, and Ford is asking for the mileage on my vehicle. Why would they need the mileage for an IPC replacement? You have and insight or idea as to why that would make any difference? Funny thing is that they have access to that via Ford Pass using my VIN and could have looked it up themselves...

Edit: you should give them your engine/idle hours too to program unless you want them reset to zero

All new cluster orders from Ford will come with the mileage pre-programmed because the dealership is not able to program mileage - I deal with this all the time for my cluster business.

I wouldn't care if the service tech was my mother. I complete surveys based on the quality of service received, not what my relationship is with the service advisor. If you give them glowing reviews when they screwed you over, you are contributing to thier continual ignorance, and other vehicle owners will pay the price as you have.
You NEED to complete the survey based on your experience, cousin or not. Otherwise, nothing will change and the dealership owners will continue to be rewarded despite the poor service experienced received by the customers.
They can't fix something if they don't know it's broken. And no matter what you think, chewing thier asses out one time and not returning will NOT encourage them to change a thing.

Received Power Up 1.7.1 overnight along with a Sync update to V 21146 revision 145. Appears either as part of it or in addition Nav also updated to V1.55 revision 20210215.
I am glad to see the updates coming and now have more detail regarding music playing in the right 1/4 screen with album covers now displayed. All said the biggest revision I was hoping for - cameras that stay on beyond 8km/h and ability to view box view in 1/4 screen still not present. For those with these functions can you tell me what Sync and Power up software versions you are running. Hoping this is still going to show up at some point. Thanks

I just picked up my 2022 Ford F 150 XLT and one thing I noticed, i know its small, is when i connect my phone to Bluetooth no matter what i play none of the album covers are showing. How do I fix that??
Again, I agree with everyone's take on this. However, I'm not going to burn him. It's just not in me. Not for bluecruise. If it was a safety issue that was putting me or my kids life in danger and they ignored it, that's one thing.....but I'm not gonna burn him for bluecruise. Especially knowing he didn't do it out of malice so much as ignorance. It is obvious to me that he is just not an intelligent person
With all due respect, you deserve every ounce of frustration that they have (and will continue to) give you over this truck. Essentially lying about the quality of service you're receiving, solely because someone is related to you? No way. Not me and I'd be willing to bet, not most anyone else.
