However, the SYNC 4 Software version is 20312_PRODUCT and Revision 243, which I think it's been for a long time, but I'm not sure. I tried looking at the Update Details in the System Update menu but it just tells me I'm up to date. I thought it was supposed to tell you the last update version, but I could be wrong. I called the Ford OTA department and they say I'm current too, but I'm not sure that is accurate.
I know I'm a newbie but it somebody could tell me if my poor truck is up to date or being neglected by the Ford mothership, I would very much appreciate it. VIN 1FTFW1E81MKE11947
They only performed TSB 22-2150 (unable to update APIM or TCU), no modules were actually updated during this visit. Also, no updates in the OTA queue nor in the last 60 days.

That said, the APIM/TCU fix was done in late May. So you should expect to start seeing OTA updates in the near future. It doesn't happen immediately, so I would say things are at least in a good place.

Ok just got an email from my dealer. He said they finally got the update to take and is showing the version now for sync but didn't say what version it was. I hesitate to get too excited as I have had this happen to me briefly in the past where the version number showed and the automatic updates toggle wasn't grayed out, only to have it revert back hours later. Can someone please do another quick check of my VIN to see if anything actually got completed today 1FTFW1E89MFB00484 Thanks.

Much appreciated!
No OTA history for your truck in the past 60 days. Seems like your truck was in the dealer a few months ago, but the only update I see they did was to the trailer module and one gateway module.

3 open FSA's:
  • 21G01 BLUECRUISE MODULE PROGRAMMING
  • 22B08 ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE RECOVERY
  • 22S26 WIPER ARM LOOSE

My truck doesn't have BlueCruise either. My truck was manufactured in 12/2020.

They've tried updating the APIM three times. Failed every time for battery error issues.

So they didn't have a successful update like I was told then? Also I was emphatic that they have a battery charger on while attempting the updates and was assured they would. The app has been showing 14volts. I can't imagine what would cause a battery issue. I just can't seem to catch a break here at all. I feel like most people on this thread are now having progress on this but yet mine refuses to cooperate. Is there anything I can ask my dealer to try at this point?

Not according to what I see in your vehicle history. I am not a tech, though....I'm just reading notes.
