Yes, all those updates will come in via the OTA process.....eventually. Last OTA you got was 6.2.0 followed by another PU OTA that fixes a possible issue with the 6.2.0 update.

Truck says 6.8.0 has been successfully completed but at least once a week it shows up as a pending update. I've read a few pages back and haven't seen a similar issue but I may have overlooked. Anyone else having the same issue? 1FTFW1E83NFC25739

6.8.0 successfully installed last month. That's a phantom update message and many people have been reporting those with the string of the 6.x.x updates. You can ignore that message. No OTA in your queue at this time.

I've had an issue for the last 8 months with Whatsapp not working with my Synch. Also had issues with volume control freezing as well as android auto randomly shutting off then back on. I have also had the blue screen several times. Shut the truck off wait a couple of minutes and then start again and it's then working.
My ability to even turn on automatic updates wasn't possible as the setting button was always grayed out, and if I selected a scheduled time for automatic updates it would always clear itself immediately. Latest status
I finally brought my truck to the dealer to look at it in December and they were not able to do anything and said they had put in a request to Ford tech support and they still haven't heard back.
The other day I noticed the ability to slide the switch to automatic updates now works and I was able to schedule an auto update time.

I'm surprised your truck is able to toggle auto updates on. That is on of the old broken software version from 2020 known to break the OTA process. Stand by while I get a second opinion on your truck.
Edit: I just saw you got OTA 1.7.1 last week. Maybe your truck has a chance to get out of the hole it is in by itself now. I'm working on getting more info.
