Three nights in a row and I have received 2.8.1, 2.8.2, and 2.8.3. I am on Sync 22095 Rev. 421.

I called my dealership today to ask if they could do the update. They said they would have to get back to me. They said you know it takes 8 hours. I said yes, up to 8 hours and that is why I left it overnight before. I told them they could put me in a rental when I bring it back per the TSB. My radio says USB error since the failed update and it randomly comes on and turns off.

Same here. I got 2.6.0 on 5/16 and I got 2.7.1 yesterday. Hopefully it'll fully update itself and I won't have to involve the dealer. It's been weeks now since they ordered the parts for the recall having to do with the loose underbody insulators and they still haven't arrived.

UI is still buggy, though. Radio stays playing with an echo after I turn off the truck and open the door while making a strange chiming sound. Bluetooth loses connection randomly. None of the updates corrected those issues.

Mine still isn't fixed after the 5th or 6th time to the dealer. It's been there so many times I can't remember.

I think mine is a Job 1 truck. It was manufactured in December 2020.

Maybe you should try a different dealer if you aren't getting the service you deserve!

Very true. This dealer is so close to my work and the rental dept. is right there at the dealership. If they don't fix it the next time I will go to a new dealer.

Looking for some help on deciphering where my truck is with respect to software updates - if it has done any at all or if anything is pending. Not sure if this matters but the truck is Canadian and i saw an earlier post where someone was asking if anyone in Canada had received updates.
Truck is a 2021 Lariat SCrew Powerboost with the stock 2.4kW gen, FX4 package.
Truck was ordered Oct 2020 and built and arrived at my dealer at the end of December 2021 - order slightly lobotomized a few times to get Ford to actually build it (lost Max Tow and the 360 Pilot Active 2.0 was dummied down to Assist 2.0). According to my dealer it was not given a VIN til fall so supposedly it was not built and parked for months while they scrounged for chips.
Fordpass shows no OTA's attempted or installed.
In the truck itself, the About Sync screen indicates I have SYNC 4, Software Version: 21223_PRODUCT Revision 197. The truck is set to automatically update and is connected to my home internet. I did read in the Forscan thread that the parking brake needs to be applied (thx @Livnitup for the post on how to ensure updates get processed) so i have started doing that regularly even though most of my parking is on level ground.
Is someone able to either point me in the direction to check online what if any updates are pending/installed or check a VIN?
Also, please point me to where i would find the Power Up version info - I have searched the threads and cant find the definitive answer on where this info is.
Thanks in advance

Could someone PLEASE run my vin 1FTFW1E8XMKD79502 and check for updates and status? The widget says 1.7.1 failed and my sync screen is greyed out but the dealer tells me there is nothing for them to do because I am up to date. Thanks a lot.
