Also can someone familiar with the scriptable app tell me where I can check the powerup version I am on (i.e. 1.7.1 or higher)? I literally have no idea what update number I am on 1FTFW1E89MFB00484 Thanks,

Got 2.7.4 installed today. Making decent progress towards BlueCruise.

Mine is stuck trying to update to OTA 2.7.3 even though my truck already says it's on 2.7.3. The update on June 9th that says it failed actually went through, but apparently the OTA system doesn't know that and it keeps trying to push it through.

I'm sorry to keep bothering you but is there anyway you could check to see what powerup version I am on? 1FTFW1E89MFB00484

Oh, it's no bother, but I don't think I can check that with PTS. If I can, then I don't know how to do it. Just go into the truck and check there to see what software version it tells you. That's how I check on mine.

Edit: I forgot your truck is at the dealer.

Yeah my truck is at the dealer and unfortunately if they don't get the update to work I won't even be able to tell on my screen in the truck. The software version is blank on the truck. So basically I have no way of telling what version I am even on I guess. Lovely. It just keeps getting better and better.

Ah. I must have missed that part. Either way, there's nothing special about any of these updates other than getting Bluecruise eventually which doesn't apply to you. I wouldn't stress it too much.

Just got my truck back from Ford and had couple recalls performed, including TSB 22B08. Said they had trouble with the APIM taking the update.

I would sure appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to run my VIN and let me compare with what I had in January. 1FTFW1E80MFA2878

Thanks in advance!

Smile Finally got an OTA update

Bought the truck on 9/11 (yeah I know) 2021. Have never had an OTA update until yesterday when the truck loaded Power-Up 2.8.2. Coincidentally the same day I got it back from the dealer for some minor work and an oil change. I indicated that I've never had an OTA but they took a look and said everything was up to date. Might be true as everything was working so I really had no complaints. Now I'm just happy that something made it through. Not sure what 2.8.2 gives me but I'm glad it arrived. Have to believe they switched somethin "on" that was off.
