If the APIM doesn't have the sync version showing and update options are greyed out then you need the dealership to do the APIM module repair.

Your truck is still at 1.7.1. OTA's have been sent out to you three times over the past few weeks, but they failed every time.

Edit: Actually, I think your truck is still at 1.6. After checking the release notes, it seems 1.6 was the last successful update.

No update history at all on your truck. I checked the VHA/DTC history and your truck is throwing codes left and right with the APIM module. You may want to have your local dealer look at it.

Edit: Wait, just saw you're in Canada. Not sure if my system allows me to see OTA's on cars over there, but the DTC codes still show up.

No OTA history visible for your truck in my system, but again, it could be because you're in Canada. However, your VHA/DTC history is clean. Your truck has only thrown out 4 DTC's in the past 60 days, which is probably the least codes I've seen on any truck I've looked up.
