I don't know the whole story, but Ford incremented all version numbers by 0.3. So now:

2.3 = 2.6
2.5.x = 2.8.x

They may have bumped some software revisions as well, but they're functionally equivalent as far as I know.

Two days ago I posted that I got updated to Ford Power-Up 2.6.0. Now just today I got OTA updated to 2.7.1. Perhaps encouraging that these OTA updates are coming more regularly. Anyone else?

Mine had to go into the dealer to get it unstuck from 1.7.1 (or whatever it was). It's been 3 weeks and I have not had a single OTA sent or received. I have confirmed on PTS that there is no OTA pending or history. wish we could trigger them to be sent

It's only about 1.5 miles from the dealer to my house, so I can't yet assess the sync behavior. I also love how "Lyft Service Provided" is always added to my service invoices. They do offer Lyft service, but I have not asked for or used it; I wouldn't be surprised if they're passing some BS fees to Ford for the warranty work.

To top it off, the 2.1.1 update seems to have changed from "pending" to "failure" (OTAM_E1016).

Unfortunately, any further explanation on why they did not attempt to install any updates will have to wait until tomorrow...
If they pissed me off enough, I'd open a case with Ford Customer Relationship Center and tell them the dealership was charging FORD for services NOT rendered (Lyft services).

2.7.1 is the Power-Up version just before the first of six updates needed for BlueCruise (if your truck is so equipped).

Yes my truck is equipped. It's a job 1 2021 Lariat 502a with the Active Prep 2.0 package.

Has anyone been in my spot and can advise on timeline of OTA updates to get Blue Cruise working? Or am I the first guinea pig as far as receiving OTA updates for Job 1 truck?

I got all of my OTA's BlueCruise updates in March, they came in 1 a day for 6 days.

Same-same. 2.1.1 to 2.7.3 to 2.7.4 in rapid succession, after my dealer "unlocked-up" my APIM & TCU several days earlier, then the last three business days of nothingness.

I have yet to confirm what "unlocking-up" entailed, via software update/TSB at the dealer, as the service ticket was left open while I watched for whether Deep Sleep Mode recurred; mercifully it hasn't, & I plan to pick up my copy of the paperwork tomorrow, then will report back here. Very possibly the battery state during Deep Sleep is what had my updates stalled.
