Software Updates
If you message me your VIN I can check whether or not they really installed a different APIM (because 2 serial numbers will show if they did), I can see what updates they've done and what updates are still outstanding. You can then decide how to approach the dealership based on this because you will have proof of what was really done or not done. Also, let me know the date ranges that the dealership had your truck.

question for anyone who had their truck in for the "stuck update" that caused the update menu to be greyed out. My truck is now unstuck but hasnt received an OTA prior to the fix and none going on about a month now. What will trigger the updates to be queued? should I continue to wait or make a trip back to the dealer for the 21G01 service campaign. I asked the dealer to perform that once it was finally unstuck but they "didn't have the software" to do it at the time. this was of course an excuse not to do it.
In my case, I had specifically requested a manual installation of any available updates (and was told this was completed), so I was more than a little frustrated when they returned my truck with the same 20262r229 Sync version that's been there since I bought it a year and a half ago! It was only after I called the service manager that I was informed the update(s) "wouldn't go through", and that they were contacting Ford for "any ideas"...
