How are you connecting your charger? Directly to the battery terminals or are you using a ground for the negative?
I have tried both and received the same results. Its been raining the last few days and my truck does not fit in the garage right now. So I can re-try charging the battery again.

No, it should just keep going forward from there. You've had 3 successful updates since July 1st so it's looking good
Sooo, my truck is back at the dealership again for the 4th time. Long story short they refused to call the Ford hotline the last time it was in and APIM updates failed. I left an honest survey review with Ford and lo and behold, the dealership called me last week and apologized and now they called the Ford engineer and as I suspected, they missed a step last time. Dealership says they are confident they can get it fixed and even offered me a free oil change and drove 2.5 hours to come get me truck and leave me a loaner until its done! Anyways they have been attempting the updates since yesterday afternoon. Could someone please check my VIN to see if they have made any progress? 1FTFW1E89MFB00484 Thanks.

Nothing that you will notice. 2.8.2 gives you Bluecruise and 2.8.3 gives you access to certain cameras while driving.

Oh, yea.....they updated a bunch of stuff yesterday. I checked your OTA dashboard to see if the updates they did triggered any OTA updates, but none as of yet.
