I'm a little scared now. My dealer called today and said my APIM finally arrived after waiting 2 months. I have BlueCruise from the OTA updates. The only problem I have is the profiles won't follow the keyfobs and Myview keeps resetting. I'm s little hesitant to schedule an appointment.

To be sure I understand, you've already actually achieved BC download and activation solely via OTA--as long as Ford has said that doing so would take (seems to me a few weeks)? And would the APIM which your dealer has just received be your third?

Either Ford has made available new APIM and TCU updates just since the tech supposedly updated both of them four days ago, to include via the TSB pertaining to those modules, i.e. 22-2117, which is referenced near the top of the 21G01 announcement letter to dealers dated March 31--or last week's updates weren't successful as reported. Maybe the APIM has gone bad; it updated to Power-Up 2.1.1 before stopping there.

My dealer tried 2 different new APIM modules back in March/early April. The one we just received yesterday was FedEx'd directly from the vendor. Supposed to be a "new part number not yet available for order directly from Ford parts (Ford Engineering and the dealership's field engineer have been involved with my truck for over 1 month - the 2nd month its been in the shop). We shall see what happens after they install and try to program today.

I took my truck in because the profiles weren't following the keyfobs and the My View resetting. My truck downloaded all the BlueCruise updates. I am on my original APIM.
I just got an email stating "It’s Almost Time To Try Your Hand At Ford BlueCruise Hands-Free Highway Driving". Hopefully, it comes soon. I am going to call my dealer today because they apparently didn't reset the oil minder last month and ask if they have received the updated software.

Just received a text from the dealer. The new APIM programmed without issue!
They are supposedly now completing other module updates and (hopefully) what's needed for BlueCruise, but they are telling me the Ford servers are having connection issues. But the biggest news will be whether or not they fixed my lane centering! LOL.
