So, if you’re looking to level 2.5 - 3 inches in the front, is there anything else you can do to best maintain factory angles other than swap out the upper control arms?
I’m looking to buy the Halo Lift Coilovers and set them at 2.75 up front. I’ll also likely get new UCAs to help prevent spring contact.
Anything else i should consider? Thanks.
From what I've read on this forum, contacting custom offsets and talking to shops, no. You'd have to go up to a 4" or bigger lift with differential drop brackets.
Nice looking! You have 4wd or 2wd? How's it ride, assuming it's on OEM front suspension?
Thank you, Its 4wd. All OEM before the kit.
RC kit does include new upper control arms. Rides well but bangs a little going over speed bumps. Will likely switch the front to coil overs so I can push it a little harder. Looking for something that will work well at 3 inches because I really like the height.
I am brand new to this forum and have a question about a leveling kit/ tires. I just ordered the RC 2" leveling kit for my 2016 FX4 and I really want to run 33/12.50R20 on my stock rims. Will I have any problems? I originally ordered a 2.5" level but started reading about people having problems with their front end when using a 2.5" level so I dropped down to a 2". Any suggestions/ pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can run 33x12.5r20 tires with a 2 inch leveling kit and stock tires. That's what Rough Country recommends. Please see the link below.
I just put the same one on my 2019 FX4 and I'm running 285/60/r20 tires. That equals out to be a 33.5x11.5r20 tire. No issues.
