Yes I did the install myself with a buddy. It took about 4 hours, but if i had to do it again probably 2. I rented the OEM brand spring compressor from autozone, worked fine. I just did the install 2 days ago. I still need alignment which is scheduled for tomorrow. I didn't run into any complications. The rear block was very easy, I just compressed the leaf spring.

Thanks for the information. I plan on installing mine Friday night if the hurricane isn’t to bad.

Decided on Fox 2.0 shocks front/rear. Also added a ReadyLift 3” block, so technically the truck is not level. The front shocks are set at 2”, the out-of box setting. My Ridge Grapplers 275/65R20 don’t rub at all. It’s a great overall stance for the truck.

One other question did you use a vacuum pump on your 4WD actuator to break it down and reinstall?

I haven't seen this "step" on any of the install videos.... is it a step?

I never removed the vacuum lines. I was able to remove strut without unbolting the axle. Passenger side for me had plenty of room, drivers side was close. Worked well for me. I went to farm field and tested 4x4 and everything worked fine. I watched the stage3motorsports install video and cjponyparts install video. stage3 removes the axle nut and cj they didn't. I figured i would just see what worked. If you are close and wont clear just try backing off the axle nut a thread or two and see if it clears. But no big deal if you have to remove it, just line it all backup before you put it back together.

I just installed the 2” Rough Country level spacer Friday night and it does tell you to create a vacuum on the 4WD actuator. I didn’t but the instructions say to do it. I haven’t had any problems and I’m about to switch out the 2” spacer for blistien 5100 system this Friday night. I don’t think it’s necessary, you just need to be real careful with it. Look in YouTube regarding repairing a 4WD actuator, this helped me.

I had a nail go through my right rear and the shop said it could not be patched. I explained to the wife that the only logical solution is to get a 2" leveling kit installed on Monday with some 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my stock sport rims. I'm stoked.
