I tried to run 285/75-20 on the factory rims but the tire shop said that they were hitting the upper control arms at full lock. 275/65-20 fit perfect. The ride is firm but in a good way. No more body roll in the corners and it feels much more truck like now which I like. Overall very happy after 1 week.
Can you measure your height? I like the set up but have a parking garage at work.

2015 FX4 3.5L Ecoboost with a 2" spacer level up front, stock height in the rear. Raptor forged beadlocks with the stock BFG KO2's (315/70/R17). The truck roughly has around 7/8" of rake and I have zero rubbing issues with this setup.

I might have to reconsider keeping my wheels now... I like the amount of sidewall the smaller rims allow!

Couple questions. Have any of you installed/had installed, a 3" spacer? Kid in town asked me if I'd help him put in one, no problem doing it, but how practical is that? What's the limit with the 13th gen as far as how high before a real lift and running into CV and UCA troubles?

Other question. I'm making plans for a 2020 in my future, and thinking of the Fox 2.0 coilovers. Those of you that have them, it seems I read they come set at 2"? Have any of you done an adjustment on them? Need a spring compressor?

I've always heard 2.5" thrown around as the maximum spacer lift. I can tell that my truck isn't thrilled even at the 1.75" setting on my Bilstein's and am looking at aftermarket UCA's.

2.5" sounds reasonable, there's quite a number of guys that have gone that height. I'm at 2.25" with no problem at all, plenty of room with the UCAs, and the CVs aren't crazy angled either.
Why are you thinking of UCAs?

It's hard to explain but, since going up in height the truck has an initial resistance to wanting to turn in. Not sure if that is due to the UCA's binding a bit, but that's what it feels like. It's all mountain curvy roads where I live so it's noticed constantly.

Had it aligned at the dealer and they got it in spec. Guess it could also be the electric power steering acting up, but not sure. Thought a good set of UCA's wouldn't hurt.

Ya know, 6 months or so back, mine felt the same way. It was suggested trying to lube the ujoints on the steering column. WD40 was handy, so I sprayed them both. Took it out and everything cleared up. Just an easy shot in the dark, worth a try, it's a little awkward getting to them from under the hood.

Default 2.5 inch Pro Comp level lift

Added a set of Pro Comp series 46 wheels and tires.
Specs: 18x9 wheels. 305/60/18 Pro comps AT Sport.
rides a little stiffer than stock. Better than the Mustangs I used to drive.

I had a 3 foot long small diameter hose that I used to lube the steering column u-joints. I used PC Blaster and sprayed inside the hose using the straw and just guided the end of the hose over the u-joints. Worked like a charm. Stuff some rags under the u-joints to catch any run off.
