I went with Bilstein 5100's set at 1.26" since I pull a trailer. Plus decided to goes with LT Goodyears and Ford Expedition rims for a different look!

Well, just ordered Fox 2.0 coilovers for the front, Fox 2.0 IFP for the rear, and some Icon Delta-Joint UCAs.

How did you decide on which tire to go to? I’ve been torn between 275/65R20, 285/60R20 & 285/65R20.

Are Bilstein 5100s preferable to spacer lifts?

Default 2018 leveling kit info

So I installed a 2.5 leveling kit on my 2018 F150 amd a 1.5 in rear block. I had a problem with it wandering and slippy steering after the install. After taking it to a Ford dealer and Belle Tire for an alignment 3 times, no one could figure out why it was still doing it.

I took it to another Ford dealer who does lifts on trucks. They were able to determine that the alignment was still off, but added that the new angles and height needed to be calibrated due to the electronic steering before the alignment.

after picking it up today, the problem has been fixed and the steering feels back to normal. So just a FYI some dealers may not have any idea about the new trucks electronics.
