True... Housing costs so much here that most of a family's income is all house payment.

EDIT: My home's current Zillow estimate.... and from what I have found, Zillow is pretty accurate for Utah. The house next door sold for 270K in April, and it's estimate is 271K right now.

It seems even more out there then you look at it that way.

It cant get much closer than that. For my home it's off by about half but that's because I added almost 500 sq ft and remodeled the whole thing.

Zillow says my house is worth around 105k in KC right now but doubt I could sell for that since I'm still patching holes the ex put in the walls and need to refinish the floors and replace the AC that was stolen before we bought the place. I might get that once it's all done. A brand new truck would be more than what I paid for this house though.

Well, my intake gasket set took a trip from Florida, to Denver, then Atlanta. USPS says they're moving again. I wonder where to this time.

Zillow says our house has increased in value 63% in six years. Yes, the market has gone a bit crazy in this area, but I don't think it's gone *that* nuts.

These were about half the cost of buying the set of four TrickFlow pieces from Summit, so basically a wash on a per-unit price, but this way I won't have a set to keep track of for who knows how long.

I saw Ken Block running around in his RS200 today. Pretty sweet little car. There is a Go Pro on the passenger door, and the passenger was also holding one. It's in this video:

Thanks for suggesting the Astro White, It got the control arm broke free finally. I'd ignore the key but I'd already cut into it to try to release it and still can't get the key broke free yet. Considering seeing if I can take the control arms off from the passenger side and just pull the crossmember with that key and torsion bar to try to find a better way to get the darned thing out. But progress was made today. now just need to get the exhaust manifold, O2 sensors, steering components, and EGR valve done on the driver's side and I'll feel like I've made progress. Do need to invest in a bigger air compressor though. My little pancake compressor will only run the gun for about a minute.
