Anyone have anything new or fun to report?

Scheduled updates is unelectable for me now. Hoping that means I'm close to another update.

last I checked, I could select schedule update but it wouldn’t keep the schedule. My Ford dealer is trying to get a solution from about the update issue but no word yet.

After almost a month since the I noticed the FW and version numbers blanked out, they are now displayed again. Unfortunately they are the same as was there before, 20312, revision 243. Still don't think I have gotten any updates since purchasing the truck in April.
I think this tread shows that Ford is not an IP Technology company. I do like the truck, but software and management of it is very lacking and degrading from the ownership experience.

Mine just updated to 1.7.1 yesterday. Prior to this the order was 1.6.1 then 1.4.1. so next is 2.1 based on reading this thread... 3/21 build

Where are all of you seeing these version numbers in the x.x.x format? When I go to about Sync this is all I see.

Mine was listed in FordPass, and without looking to verify, I believe it is on the Owner.ford.com website as well.

I believe I'm going to disable autoupdates until Ford gets a bit better at providing detailed release notes on these software packages. I'm happy with the truck as it is today and can't think of any features I would like to see over OTA (expect perhaps cameras at speed).

Also, I have no doubt that launching an OTA update platform for a vehicle fleet is complicated business. Thus my willingness to give Ford a bit slack on the few stuck updates and slow rollout.

But providing release notes today should be an easy lift. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
