Sure would be nice if they would at least put screen showing battery SOC.

I got that update today on the third try. I plugged it into the battery maintainer and it loaded on the third try.

I noticed today that my auto/start stop actually worked even with the short trips .....maybe they changed something in regards to battery drain....be interested to see going forward.

With this showing in your OTA dashboard, the dealer can get involved to fix it. It does not look like your APIM is going to take the update the easy way. Dealer will have to manually update the APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it if needed.

could you check this one again once you get a moment, and see what they did? Dealership had it for.a few days; what got back to the service advisor was “they fixed your radio”

I am to the point that I would choose to get no further updates. Everything works fine right now. Why take a chance and mess with it?

I can confirm that they did manually update the APIM, so that APIM update that kept failing was installed. No it is just a matter of time for waiting for the next one to be sent.

Is that Ford’s response for the audio fix?

Nope. That would be different modules. This is powertrain and diagnostics.

Gotta update diagnostics to try to figure out what is wrong with the audio, and the PCM so the engine will run OK so you can get to the dealership for them to tell you everything is fine....

Default 2021 Lariat sync and blue cruise issues help please

2021 Lariat - bought it a month ago - 34k miles. Sync listing had no version number, automatic updates grayed out/could not be turned on - took it to the dealer 3 times to try to get updates, finally confirmed with Ford OTA support that I was stuck on 4.0.20301 power up 1.7.1. Took it back to dealer confirmed APIM was stuck - replaced APIM under warranty. Drove away, checked sync version number and it is now on sync version 21146_product, revision 145. Still no Bluecruise, no OTA updates received. Called dealer and they claim it is up to date. How can that be if the current version of the sync software available is 4.0.23167? I have another appointment to go back to dealer. What are they doing wrong? What should I tell them to do to get it updated? Any help would be MUCH appreciated!! VIN: 1FTFW1E86MKE00572
