Software Updates
Thanks! Good to see you got your access back.
They may have been checking out the driver side split rear seat bottom. It has never locked in the down or up position like the other passenger side. I need to pull the side strap to lift the right side split seat bottom up. Then it locks in the up position and I need to pull the side strap again to put it back down. Not so on the left side.

Could you please check the Vin on my 2023 Lariat. Vin # 1FTFW1E87PFD19934. Thanks, I appreciate it.
You have a GWM update sitting in your queue for almost two weeks now. For some reason, it's just hung up and not downloading the files. If you have FORScan, I would try rebooting the GWM and TCU asap before the OTA expires. If you don't have it, disconnect the negative terminal on your battery for 10-15 minutes to force a hard reset of the modules.
I started it and, in the software, it showed a stability enhancement is downloading. I'm assuming that now it will download without the vehicle running. I just had it at the dealer for a service and ask them to check for any software downloads and they said it was up to date. Ford service sucks. Thanks again.
