Hello, I'm new to the forum. I've been trying to install OTA 6.8 for the past couple of days. It keeps failing and reports the truck does not meet the preconditions. I've tried driving to charge up the battery, and then install 6.8, but it failed preconditions, then put it on a charger and let it complete a charge cycle, failed the install again, and finally tried putting the charger in power supply mode to install the update. No luck, failed again. Rugedraw is it possible to check for details on the precondition that is causing the install issue? My VIN is listed below.

@rugedraw any chance you can check my VIN 1FTFW1RG3MFD11598 and see how far I am from getting the full screen CarPlay? The dealership updated some modules but I don't see the full screen CarPlay. My sync version is 22192 and if I follow an earlier post, it needs to be on 22293 for the full screen?

Your truck is reporting very poor battery conditions to the cloud and that is the reason the update is failing:

Capacity is at 28 out of 70 which is very low. The SoC at 80 is not bad. I would try fully charging the battery and doing a BMS reset. If that does not work, your battery may need to be replaced.

Yes, and you are on Sync 22192 as of yesterday. You need one more APIM update to get there. Who updated the truck? You or your dealer?

@rugedraw Yes, the dealer here in UAE did it for me after multiple escalations to their management. Is 22293 available on my VIN and is that the most recent update? They claimed 22192 is the latest one but I got little to no faith in them.
