This last driver door update is about to drive me crazy. Update 23-PU0813-DOR-UP2 Every single morning, my view is reset and I have the Windows 2000 chimes going. It's not because of my battery SOC as it was at 92% this morning.

Is anyone else having this issue with it?

Thanks!
Last major OTA was 6.4.0 and the was last month. You're on the latest Sync version. Nothing to worry about in your case.

Rugedraw--glad to hear you got some good R&R. I asked and you kindly checked (on Feb. 20, 2024) the status of my 2023 F-150 (VIN 1FTFW1E84PFC96371). I have had a couple of software to update indications and nothing. I have another pending now and was wondering if you could kindly check it to see if this is another phantom or it really is about to update? Thanks!

Likes like a phantom message. Nothing has been sent to you since the failed APIM update in February.

Thank you—wish these ford updates were as reliable as your assistance and information.

Hey Rugedraw,
My 2022 Lariat 502A 2.7 had its first problem with an OTA. It was the recent door update and it kept failing to install. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and the recall for the rear wiring harness on March 25. I took it in and mentioned the ota issue and when I picked up the truck they said they installed the update. Modules DDM and PDM. The truck still tried to install the update for 2 more days unsuccessfully and then the update disappeared from the truck and the ford pass app. Can you see if they did indeed install this update?

thanks so much! 1FTEW1EP8NKE71261

No lies were told. They installed the two module updates associated with the OTA that was failing on 3/25 and the OTA failed on 3/27 when it tried to install again and realized the files it was trying to install were already on the truck.
