Not sure then. I have yet to find out what this particular update actually does.

Default I think I’m stuck again

Rugedraw, I was wondering if you could give me an update on my VIN 1FTFW1EDXMFB36102. I haven’t been notified of a received update since 23-PU0724-DOM-RS back in September.
This is particularly frustrating since I paid the $600/3yr BC subscription starting in Jan.
I purchased the
Clore Automotive PL2320 Clore Automotive PL2320
battery charger and power supply in Feb. and try to connect it overnight at least twice a week. Still no update.
Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

Your vehicle may be affected by an issue on Ford's side that is preventing more updates from being sent to you. I'll look into it a bit more and confirm if that is the case. If that is the case, there is really nothing you can do about it but wait for Ford to get it together.

Ford Diagnostic and Repair System. It's the software Ford dealers and techs use for many things on these newer Ford vehicles including applying module updates.

@SkyeCam Confirmed that you need an update that is not showing for you on the server. You would need FDRS in order for me to help you fix it. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do but wait for it to be released on the server so the OTA process can eventually send it to you.

Default 2021 Lariat APIM replaced

The reason your BC doesn't work is because you're still way behind on updates. It will be a looooong time before the OTA process gets you caught up. Your APIM issue was fixed just 4 days ago, so the fact that you have not gotten an update yet is not surprising. When the dealer replaced the APIM, they were able to bill Ford for the work that entails. However, Ford does not pay dealers to update modules, so they won't do that. Your VIN does not show campaign 21G01 open which would allow the dealer to activate bluecruise on your truck. Now that your APIM is fixed, eventually your truck will sync up with the server and that campaign may pop up under your VIN, but it is not showing it now.

Now that the APIM is fixed, you are able to update the rest of the truck yourself with a Mongoose and FDRS if you were inclined to do so. As far behind as you are, that is what I would recommend.
Heading to dealer on Monday - they are going to let me talk with the tech and seem to think everything is up to date. Any chance you can share a screen shot from FDRS with me of the updates needed so I can show them “proof?” VIN: 1FTFW1E86MKE00572

I don't have access to FDRS until I get home from work later, but PTS shows you have plenty of modules pending updates. Also attached is GSB 23-7146 that was sent to all dealers advising them of what the latest Sync version for each vehicle is supposed to be at. They have access to all of this, but this should be more than enough to prove your truck is very out of date.

Took it back to dealer confirmed APIM was stuck - replaced APIM under warranty. Drove away, checked sync version number and it is now on sync version 21146_product, revision 145. Still no Bluecruise, no OTA updates received. Called dealer and they claim it is up to date. How can that be if the current version of the sync software available is 4.0.23167? I have another appointment to go back to dealer. What are they doing wrong? What should I tell them to do to get it updated? Any help would be MUCH appreciated!! VIN: 1FTFW1E86MKE00572
I'm on the same version, 21146 over a year after APIM was replaced due to it being stuck on 1.7.1 for 2 years. No updates since. Called Ford to see there answer and they are clueless or at least pretend to be. I gave up on the dealer too. The OTA system is s**t, especially for 2021 trucks.
