doesn't help any of these issues when the ford pass app doesn't hang on to all the notifications about the software updates. trying to talk to chat at ford now, and realized the audio update message notification is no longer in the app

Had no issues with OTA on my 2021....now my 2023 seems to be on a lower PowerUp version?

It's possible. That truck has a build date of Feb 2023. Some vehicles get favored over others by the OTA process for whatever reason. OTA history shows a few failed updates due to the update expiring, otherwise it would be further along the process. Nothing to be worried about, IMO.

 

Would someone please check on the status of my updates to see if anything has failed along the way, or anything that will keep future updates from being successful? I think my 2021 truck is way behind on OTA updates. I bought the truck used September 2022, and I had an APIM replaced May 2023 (?), and as far as I know, I hadn't received any updates until March 2024. I'm glad to know they are finally coming through. I am now at version 23159_915. Thank you!

No failed updates since you started getting them. Last OTA was APIM update 23-PU0724-DOM-RS that was sent to you just yesterday. You are still a bit behind on updates, but you're getting them. There is nothing you can do to to speed the OTA process up.
