Also - what's up FordPass removing SW update version from the app? (it shows that there was an update on Jan 23, and it used to have the version and few meaningless details, but now all the info about the update is gone)
There is no 6.6.0 or 6.7.0. I am keep OTA history for our truck on this thread:

It is possible to get some of these updates out of order, It is also possible that you got 6.3.0 and 6.4.0 right after so you never saw a notice for 6.3.0. I would need your VIN to check.

@rugedraw Can you check my VIN please?

I just bought this 2022 F150 Platinum full hybrid earlier this month and there's an update that keeps failing.

@rugedraw is 23291 Revision 1049 the most recent update? I put my truck in for update so need to ensure I make them get it to the most recent version.

I recently got fully updated with @rugedraw and Jessie's expert guidance. I have all modules updated, with Sync at 23291v1049. Unless they have updated something in the last week, this should be the latest up-to-date version. I am sure Rugedraw will confirm if I have gotten anything wrong. Good luck with the dealer. I hope they are willing to get you sorted out. As a point of reference, my 13 modules requiring updating, done with FDRS, took roughly 6-7 hours.

One more thing. The APIM/Sync module is just but one of the needed pieces. The GWM and TCU (and maybe IPC to a large extent) seem to be the other critical modules that need to be updated. One of the module updates took ~3 hours. In my case, Jessie found weird issues with all 3 of my modules accepting updates. After a lot of blood, sweat and almost tears, Jessie got it sorted out and FDRS was able to apply all of the needed updates. My FDRS module update list is now clear and all is working well. Before Jessie's work, I was stuck at OTA 4.2.4 since May.

@addabob Thanks for the update. Ideally I want all the modules to be updated. The truck has been sitting in the garage since this morning (7am GMT+4) - the dealer confirmed a lot of the updates have been done.
@rugedraw Can you please check what all updates are pending for VIN 1FTFW1RG3MFD11598? The dealership is updating APIM as we speak.

The update is failing due to poor battery conditions. Your truck is reporting this to the cloud:

"errorCode":"InhibitRequiredHvNotQualifiedLvLow(20 4)""totalLvBatteryCapacity":"29""currentLvBatteryD ataQuality":"OK""currentLvBatteryVoltage":"12""cur rentLvBatterySoc":"57""currentLvBatteryTemperature ":"21""dynamicPostUpdateSocThreshold":"41""estimat edTimeToActivate":"420""estimatedTimeIncludingRoll back":"650""currentDrainRate":"9"

Your capacity is at 29 of 70 and charge is at 57 of 100. You have until 2/17 to get this update to go through before the OTA trigger expires and you have to wait for it to be resent. You need to charge up your battery. Even that might not work. Your capacity being that low may mean you need a new battery.

These are the updates they were able to do. They all went through except for the APIM. It failed a few times due to the fact that it was not able to communication with one of the nodes within the module itself. Take it as a win. Dealers usually don't do this.

Thanks for the reply, yes it took a lot of convincing but also a found service advisor. When I last spoke to them - they said the APIM update was still going through (4/13GB).

Will the APIM update get it to v23291 since all other modules as you said have been updated?

This appears to be correct. My dealer put a lot of time into getting my APIM to install and update. I asked if they were getting paid for that and they said they were.

The APIM did not go through. They can try again, and if it continues to fail, the will have to contact engineering or they can try TSB 22-2404 if they know about it and have the right cables to do it, but I think they have done enough to the point where I would not be mad at them if they can't get it to go though.

Yes, but they may have to update your APIM more than once to get you to the latest Sync. Not every APIM update will give you a higher Sync version.
