List of modules pending updates are below. The GWM you see there would have to be updated to unlock the APIM update or the next update needed to be done before the APIM update would show up.

I tried installing this update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS the last three days but it kept failing. Ford said it was do to low battery, even though I would keep a charger on it each time. I went to my local dealer yesterday unannounced, to my surprise they were happy to test the battery while I wait, it took about an hour but the battery failed. To my surprise again, they replaced the battery under warranty!

I told the tech I wanted to try and install the update while he was there, He said it probably won't install because he just put the new battery in and reset the bms. He said I need to let the truck sit for eight hours so the truck can recognize the new battery, he said it was also in the owners manual. I looked it up and there it was, I've never heard of this. I did try in front of him and it failed, when I got home I put the charger on it and tried again, it failed again, I locked the doors and let it sit over night per the manual and it installed successfully today! Has anyone else heard of this?

Thanks @rugedraw
I will check with the dealer next week and see if they can get it updated.

I've seen a few phantom updates since then (shows that an update is pending, but no messages after the scheduled update time saying that an update installed or failed). I'm guessing that I'm just at Ford's mercy for the next 6.x.x updates, but I wanted to check if there were any issues that you could see.
Thank you for all of your help here an in places!
How did you get in the EAP? An Out of the Blue selection? An early purchase of a Power Boost? Other reason?

Interesting. I saw no indication of an update. I take it the file verification issue will not correct and complete without Mongoose or dealership intervention?
I put a charger on it yesterday after sitting overnight and it was at 95% charge. Could that be enough to prevent processing? Do I need to do a BCM reset?
Also, I saw on the Ford.com updates check that I have a Sync update and a maps update pending. It says if I'm not getting updates make sure you have a good wifi source. I understood wifi was not used in this process?

As for the Mongoose loan offer, there is a local owner who has offered, so I'm good. I may spring for one anyway. I do appreciate you making yours available.
In the meantime I'll probably set up instrumentation with Forscan or ScanGage and monitor the system.

Thanks for the help!

I just applied on the EAP website, and after a couple of months I was approved for the Power-Up EAP. I'm not sure if there was any specific reason, or if there was they didn't tell me.

Assuming the correct VIN is 1FTFW1E8XMKE43859:

Last OTA it got was 4.2.4 on 10/13. It is only missing the 6.x.x updates and a few PU updates. Considering it is a 2021, that is not bad. Not fully up to date, but not terribly behind.

I hope that VIN is correct, that's what all my paperwork says. I'll have to go double check the truck now!

Thank you!
