As expected Ford Customer Service was useless. Referred me to their "Software/Update" help line. The tech guy looked up my VIN and basically told me what I already learned from here. He could only look up 4 months or so back (call BS) and "could see" that I haven't had an update as far as their database could reveal to him at the time. Logged my info and concerns to open up a case and gave me a case number. I asked him what updates my system should be at right now and he skirted around the topic. His only recommendation was that I would have to schedule an appointment with my dealership and have the concerns diagnosed! Basically they know the problem, feign ignorance with no resolution to fix the software his department is in charge of, and tryna milk us of any penny. I also stated I am out of warranty and why would I have to foot the diagnostic and repair bill for an OTA I have no awareness of what's coming my way or not! Love my F150 but hate Ford Services.
It adds animations for the new functions of bluecruise that are going to be released at some point. Nothing will stick out right away from the IPC update.

It appears the dealership I had switched to perform my usual maintenance/services did not officially close out on both my Windshield Wiper and Wire Chafing recalls, the tech advised that I schedule an appointment to complete them and request they troubleshoot this "software" issue. Unbelieveable!
