My truck received this update yesterday. While I did notice a difference in appearance when on the home screen I cannot find the dedicated user profile button that they mentioned.
I modified my Sync theme to the 'Unreal Sync Theme' using FORScan. So I assume that is why I'm not seeing the profile button they mentioned...

 

Most likely. I have the Unreal theme too, and I noticed no difference when I installed the latest APIM updates with FDRS. I did have to go back an re-enable Unreal as the update left my touchscreen looking like it was on LSD.

 

Luckily that was not the case for me. The top bar is smaller, which makes for more compact text which is what I noticed first.

 

Ill have to look again but I didn't notice any difference. I have not changed my screen with forscan.

 

Well I did notice a difference this morning, or at least I think its different. When I got below 50 miles to empty I had a message that had the option of dismiss or nearest fuel station. I don't ever remember seeing this message before. Bad part is it seems they added this new message and left the old one because about two seconds after selecting dismiss the old message popped up that just has the option to dismiss it. Did the same thing at 25 miles, had to dismiss both messages.

 

I drove mine to the zoo (work) this am and when I went to lunch it was updated. I did not notice any changes.

 

Started mine this morning and 75th flashed on the dash and 12” screen was entirely black. finally drove and screen came on after a few miles. Looked different but couldn’t put my finger on why…..it just appeared different……carplay kicked in and all was good. This after noon fordpass told me i got the better version of 6.2

APIM update 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE was sent to you and it tried to install this morning, but failed. All the files were downloaded, but when it came to actually install them, it failed with a message that says: "group final check failure".

I do not know what caused the OTA to fail nor why the XM is now not working.
