I got 4.2.4 two days ago, I jut noticed that my security notifications on Ford pass doesn't work anymore (opening door, hood etc). anyone else has this issue?

I did a few updates in FDRS last night and I want to be sure I'm up to date.

Ford killed secure alert for everyone. It no longer exists. That update is the one that finishes it off.

Using PTS/Oasis. Ford dealer and employee software. A non employee can get access, but they'd have to pay to use it. Either way, if you updated FDRS, that supercedes whatever is on your OTA history. If you updated all modules that had updates, turn you're good to go. What Sync version is your truck on?

 

i just got my 3.5.2 and 3.5.3 in May 12 and 15 respectfully, after almost one year without updates.

 

Do you remember which was the last one you got before that?

 

@Mcoletti I got on my laptop to check you VIN, but you cropped it out.

You're in sync 23031 which is the latest sync. I see you struggled APIM and GWM updates, but it looks like you got them done. I don't see a TCU update, which is 4.2.4. My guess is you're at the equivalent of 4.2.2 or 4.2.3. Did you perform a network scan after those updates installed?

 

That's what I figured. I had to update the BCM, ABS, GWM, TCU and APIM for my truck

It updated to 23031 Rev 713

Yeah I did struggle with them, kept failing for unknown errors. But the fix (for me) was to try back to back and it finally took.

It's all updated now, so I'm happy, lol.

 

Yup, your truck seems to have skipped right over several updates. Yours is not a bluecruise truck, which is good. Can you turn on your cameras while driving? Lmk next time you drive your truck.
