You have plenty of recent OTA action. 6.3.0 was sent to you a week ago and failed with the same error code I mentioned above your post.

PTS shows it failed, but PTS is not 100% accurate. I have seen instances where PTS shows the update failed when it did go through. I have a way to check, but I would need FDRS and I won't have access to my laptop until i get home from work.

Pretty much. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they send out u[dates. It could be days, weeks or months. Your guess is as good as anybody's.
