You are missing 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 and maybe 3.5.2 which only preps your truck for 3.5.3 and 3.5.4. Nothing to worry about in your case. You just have to wait for Ford to push the next update to you.
Thanks for the info! Would the 3.5.2 - 3.5.4 bring full screen Android Auto, and possibly fix the issue with Alexa not connecting to my Amazon account?

I called in to Ford CS and the woman there told me she sees a TON of errors coming from my truck, which could be the reason why i'm not getting any updates:
BLIS Inoperable - SSM51373 - 2/21
Tire Sidewall - SSM51381 - 2/23
Ford Pass App - SSM51379 - 2/23
12v Battery Voltage - Daily (yesterdays was while I was driving the vehicle)

While I was sitting in the truck playing with it and learning everything, the hazards flashed super quick. Then twice the truck has randomly turned on the parking brake out of nowhere while I was just sitting parked. Wonder if they might have to do with the 12v battery.

3.5.3.2 (in your case, it will be this one as 3.5.3 is for 2021 trucks only) is the update that gives you full screen capability. It will do nothing for whatever issues you are having with Alexa. 2022 trucks came with Alexa built in already, and 3.5.3 gives 2021 truck both full screen and Alexa. Try resetting your APIM by turning on your truck, hold down the radio power button and the forward seek button together for 5-10 seconds until the screen reboots. If that does not do anything, you can try clearing the cache for Alexa on your phone, unpair the truck from the phone and the phone from the truck and repair it to start an all new fresh connection. If that fails, you can try a master reset on your touchscreen. It will erase all your saved data if you do this.

I see the low battery codes. Yes, having a bad battery can cause many issues. I would have the battery tested and replaced if needed. A bad battery can cause every day issues as well as prevent OTA's that are sent to you from installing.

Great, thank you! I tried resetting everything and same issue, unfortunately. I set up an appt with Ford for Monday morning to take a look. The battery was warranty replaced a few months back (was a demo truck for the VP), it'd be very interesting if it needs to be replaced again.. they might need to start looking at other things, possible Alternator issue, or something draining the battery. There's just a lot of weird issues that i've noticed already, the hazards flashing quickly randomly, the parking brake automatically engaging when stopped and parked, the dash gauges changing on their own overnight, the MyView losing my settings... Very odd.

I just installed it. It took about 30 min or so. I did not get the notification in Ford Pass saying the update was installed. Just in the truck.

I got it to install earlier this week. This is one of those upgrades where your battery needs to be fully charged or it will fail. I had to put mine on the battery charger for awhile and then run the update to get it to install.

Where in FordPass do you see these pre notifications? The website or App? The only time I knew of an update pending was when @Livnitup checked my VIN. Thanks in advance. Have a great weekend!

It popped up as a vehicle alert.
