I like it when OTAs are working correctly. Just got this brand new one:

got mine today as well, other than the heated mirror, anyone know what else is in it. Went to the power up update wiki and nothing there. Also googled the update and it talked about Bronco updates for the windows..

I'm a bit confused about these Power-Up updates. I'm not seeing any of them, but then maybe it's not necessary for a 2022 Job 1 King Ranch with a Build Day of 1/24/2022? The truck did sit for a couple months in one of the chip purgatory ramps near Dearborn. I had a slew of module updates performed by the dealer in Dec and last month which gave me Sync4 Version 22293 Revision 610. I also have true AA full screen, but I haven’t tried dual phone and CarPlay with my wife's phone yet. Things seem to work okay - do I need to be concerned about this PU or some of the other ones mentioned in the thread?

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue, but your truck is completely up to date as far as Power Up updates go. You may seen some OTA's come in PU1010, PU1009 and/or PU1007 which are small patches to improve little things, but other than that, you are up to date.

 

Will those updates in FDRS eventually be sent via OTA or will they need to updated by the dealer?

 

It's hard to say but I'm doubtful because I know at least two of them are pretty old and the GSM/PCM/WACM updates aren't OTA capable.
