Tap Account in the FordPass App.
Select Message Center.
Ford Owner Website:

Enter your credentials.
Click Sign In.
Scroll down and look under the Notifications heading. Under Over-The-Air Updates, you can see Ford Power-Up software update status notifications for your account.
If available, click on What's in this Update for additional details.
If you are still not getting the update, then it's likely a problem on Ford's side and you'll just need to wait until they fix whatever is causing the technical glitch.

I'll just have to wait on Ford to get their ***** straight before I can get this update. I have checked everything multiple times with no luck.

Anyone else have the problem of no "UPDATE DETAILS" in Fordpass message center or am I doing something wrong?
I have multiple messages "You're rolling with the latest ...." but none of them will show detail of the update or success or unsuccessful etc. Trying to verify I actually got the trailer brake re-call (22S17) correction. Dealership was no help. All they said is there is no recall on my truck even though I have the letter in my hand. It was here I learned it may have been OTA fixed. Would also be nice to know what has been installed in truck's SW.
On a side note last winter, my battery died twice while sitting in drive and cold/snow. I assumed it might have been my fault that dash cam may have been triggering from snow. Now, I strongly suspect it was OTA update issues.

I have two good ones. I am getting a message when I first get in the truck that says please wait and shows a spinning wheel. Won’t go away.
Also my truck decided this morning that it won’t connect to car play any longer.
I have this same issue. It seems to be trying to save setting from your previous drive. Sometimes it spins, sometimes it saves. Hit and miss for me. All 2.8.3 functions are working for me including BC/ACC, cams at speed, CarPlay, etc. I just doesn’t seem to save things like mirror/seat/lights setting at times.
Can some check my truck to see what the software is doing? It has been downloading the 2.6 for two weeks now. It’s going to the dealer on Saturday to do find out what’s going on with it but I’d like to know before I go so they don’t blow smoke up my *** about it.
2.6 has failed twice. The first campaign expired on July 15th. It was sent to your truck again on July 19th, and now it says it was canceled yesterday. Nothing has been done to your truck at the dealership so far.

I have a ‘22 Platinum and all connected services along with hands-free BlueCruise worked fine until this past Friday June 29. I received an e-mail saying that “a vehicle was removed from your FordPass App”. Since I didn’t do anything to "remove" a vehicle I checked the app and found my vehicle was indeed missing. I added back with VIN and reactivated services. I can now see messages in the app saying “Your BlueCruise feature is ready.” Everything is enabled through settings in truck but BlueCruise hands-free no longer works on the highway sections where I have used it extensively before.
My VIN is 1FTFW1E89NFB45992 If someone would tell me current OTA version and last update perhaps that may help explain why I don’t have BlueCruise anymore. Thank you!
No OTA history on your truck in the past 60 days. If you're in 2022, there are no OTA updates available for you yet as your truck was built with the latest software already installed. You may need to contact Ford or your dealer to see why it stopped working.
Yes, once they push out an OTA update, if it does not go through after X amount of time, it eventually expires. However, it will be pushed out again eventually. Because it expires, it doesn't mean you're stuck without getting it forever; it just means you have to wait for it to be sent to your truck again and it delays the process more. In markmad3's case, the campaign coincidentally expired while the truck was at the dealership. Someone at the dealer pulled his OTA dashboard 7 minutes before I did, so they know it expired. It expired at 3:44pm and they checked it at 4:10pm. Unfortunately, markmad3's truck does not have the BlueCruise FSA programming on his VIN, so Ford will not pay them to update the truck. They aren't going to do anything about it.
Does anyone know how long it takes to get an expired campaign resent to your truck?
