I've been dealing with this F**king OTA issues since 2/2022 and still no fix. The dealer ordered a new APIM but it hasn't arrived yet. SHOCKER!!!!! I'm tired of the bulls**t the dealers tell you. I'm done!!!!

Got my 2.8.1 update yesterday and a couple things are weird now.

When I unlock my truck from the door handle, the mirrors dont come out until I touch the door handle 3 times. Also, I left for work in the dark and the auto headlights also turn on the fogs as well. I turned off the fogs, turned off my truck and restarted. Sure enough the fogs come on with my headlights.
It also lost all my present radio stations and always comes up with the MyView screen in the dash, instead of remembering where it was when I last turned it off.

Can some check my truck to see what the software is doing? It has been downloading the 2.6 for two weeks now. It’s going to the dealer on Saturday to do find out what’s going on with it but I’d like to know before I go so they don’t blow smoke up my *** about it.

I got my 2.8.2 yesterday , didn’t even know it till now, come on 2.8.3 !!!!

After about a year of no updates I finally got a notice of a “bug” patch in my fordpass app. Didn’t change my version or revision in sync so I assume it was much of nothing.

Default Did recent update break things?

I posted to a FordPass App Update thread but maybe should have asked here. Is it possible for someone to look up my OTA status and last update date. I have a ‘22 Platinum and all connected services along with hands-free BlueCruise worked fine until this past Friday June 29. I received an e-mail saying that “a vehicle was removed from your FordPass App”. Since I didn’t do anything to "remove" a vehicle I checked the app and found my vehicle was indeed missing. I added back with VIN and reactivated services. I can now see messages in the app saying “Your BlueCruise feature is ready.” Everything is enabled through settings in truck but BlueCruise hands-free no longer works on the highway sections where I have used it extensively before.

My VIN is 1FTFW1E89NFB45992 If someone would tell me current OTA version and last update perhaps that may help explain why I don’t have BlueCruise anymore. Thank you!

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try finding the OTA version but I may be doing something wrong. I have to log into ford.ca given it’s a Canadian vehicle. When I look at view vehicle details and OTA updates it simply shows a check mark with “ALL SET”. When I view details I get this blank pop up box. When I look at Connected Services it shows everything as being “Active”. Appreciate the help though.

I have been trying to get 2.8.1 to install for over a week now, and I keep getting this message in the FordPass app every morning. I have verified that all pre requisites are met. Any suggestions?
