Yesterday I spent time resetting SYNC to see if that would make any difference. I have been stuck at 2.3.0 for weeks. I just got the notification that my truck updated today successfully to 2.6.0. I am not sure if this is coincidence or related.

I bet it was just coincidence; the GWM is the main conduit and resetting it hasn't resulted in OTAs suddenly working.

Do you know if the updates that actually give you BC require wifi for downloading? And if so, if I have my truck connected to my home wifi, does it have to be on and running to download the update or will it do it even if it's turned off and locked?

Thanks, I suspected something was wrong.

My adapter came in today and I ran FORscan on it. I have a DTC U3000 General checksum failure on the APIM that will not clear. I suspect its related but maybe not? I guess its time for a trip to the dealer but after reading a lot of the experience others are having I'm not looking forward to it.

@LinuxNuub

I've had three or four all show up in February. Somewhere on these forums I have a list. I'm currently on OTA 2.3.0.

As an FYI for everyone that has an iPhone or iPad. If you install the Ford Pass iPadOS / iOS widget, you can see your last OTA update status details in it. Screenshot below.

User Tonesto7 created this. So far it is more functional reliable than the actual Ford Pass app LOL.

Check it out here:

(I feel bad for anyone driving an F150 in Vancouver, I've worked there enough to know).

They don't require truck to be connected to Wi-Fi but it would definitely speed things up. My understanding is that if you have your truck connected to home Wi-Fi, turn off the truck and an OTA comes in the middle of the night, the truck will connect back to the home Wi-Fi

No OTA activity for your VIN and it's showing you have the following Outstanding Field Service Actions:

Thanks @Airborne_Ape for the reminder on the apple app. I may just have to break down and load it on my wife's phone. Too bad Tonesto7's app isn't ported to android..
I saw your posts re the updates and since you seem to have a similar Canadian build and possibly similar build date, i was curious why i have nothing to date.
I'll keep plodding along.
