I'm in the same boat. Just got my truck back from the dealer for the trailer brake recall and they reported all green and up to date. Thanks to @Livnitup , I know that's not the case. Haven't tried the battery reset yet so we'll see if that helps. Sad that it appears we must acquire FDRS for ourselves to fix our own problems. I can't image the support from Ford will get better now that the Lightning is releasing.

 

Why bother? I sent you mine. You never responded. And mine has been in the shop for over 1 month.

 

I can't see any OTA history for your truck.

 

That was what I was kind of worried about, surely I should have had at least 1 or 2 by now right ? truck is a 21, built in october of last year. The weather/traffic feature in the nav hasn't ever worked either. Thanks for looking !

 

Curious here for those of us who have received previous OTA updates. I have always gotten OTA updates and am currently at 2.3 which I think I got back in late February. Is there any reason to do anything right now or just wait until Ford pushes this all out via OTA ? I really wanted bluecruise for upcoming road trips but don't want to go thru some dealership headaches I have read about here....

 

I was in the exact same position. 2.3 finally came then nothing since Feb. I opted to take it in and am one of the ones with issues. Hopefully they get it resolved. I’ve had to do all this without a loaner, but it’s all good. All will work out eventually…. There’s just too many people affected for them to turn a blind eye, and I do think they are trying.

I was stuck on 2.3 from January 9th to March 28th. I got 2.5.2 on April 14th and 2.5.3 on the 16th.

Looking at all the posts of people taking it in to be updated and then having trouble afterwords, I'm glad I waited for the OTA's.
