Too bad you are that far away. I have nothing but good things to say about my dealership. While it took time to get things fixed, they communicated with me often and kept me in the loop on what they were doing and/or what they were waiting for.

P.S. - You should update your location in your profile.

This is interesting. I had the trailer brake reprogrammed under the recall, but I am also receiving a trailer brake module update OTA.

I actually had two recalls done for the Trailer Brake module reprogramming done at two separate visits to my dealer. Luckily (or unluckily), I was there for other issues when they were done.

Would it be possible for someone to check mine? 1FTFW1ED9MFB46183. I am curious what is all outstanding. My dealership cannot even tell me if they have received any updates since I last took it on 4/18 but nothing surprises me. I am thinking about asking the service manager if he will "hire" me for a day so I can use their equipment and do the update myself. haha

Mine had 2 fail as well and the camera on the tailgate doesn't work with the update so they are working with a Ford technician to figure it out. They say there's a couple out there with this problem.

Well, I was supposed to have my 3rd appointment yesterday to fix this issue, but because I live 2.5 hours away from my dealer I emailed the service manager to get confirmation in writing that his tech had one of the 5 approved USB-to-Ethernet adapters from the TSB 22-2150 because Ford has now indicated that several adapters that are being used are causing the updates to crash and fail. I even sent him a screenshot from the TSB and highlighted the list of approved adapters and the list of adapters that are known to fail. He emailed me back and told me he showed it to his tech and the tech basically said something to the effect of "Ford always says that kind of crap but it isn't true". I again asked if they had one of the approved adapters and he then admitted they didn't but he didn't think it would be a problem to do the update anyways. I said ok, but I wanted a guarantee in writing that if the update failed, they would supply me with a loaner vehicle so I could return 2.5 hours back home and they could keep my truck there until they got the proper adapter. Then a couple hours later he calls me (I am assuming because he didn't want what he was about to tell me in writing), and says that they are cancelling my appointment because they don't have the proper equipment and they will let me know when they do. The fricken adapter is only $13 on Amazon and I almost just ordered one and had it shipped to him. He said he had to talk to his manager to get approval to order one. Here we go again! I will update everyone when I get to the next stage of this ongoing saga.

There's no OTA History showing for your VIN. You have the Bluecruise outstanding and the available software updates are below:

Your truck keeps failing on the PowerUp 1.7 OTA and it has the ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE RECOVERY listed under outstanding field actions along with the updates below:
