So, I'm publicly asking him for a contact email and am going to send him an Amazon Gift card for doing so much for all of us. So Livinitup what is your email address?
Why don't you send him a PM or DM, whatever they call it here. (Private Message or Direct Message.)

Thanks, I appreciate that but I don't accept money/gift cards for helping anyone out. However, once a year I volunteer for an Autism Speaks Walk in Nov/Dec and a few months prior to that I put a donation link in my forum signature so donating to that would make me happy.

I notice that you didn't specifically rule out barley pops ...

Take it easy, mine took 10 days to get Bluecruise working. Well worth the wait.

I am into the end of my 5th week (23 shop days)... Just returned from Dealership again without BC working. The tech worked live with the Ford engineer all morning trying to update IPC, using 3 different methods none of which worked... They are now ordering an IPC to which I have not been told how long the expected delay will be. I still think it is the APIM due to the spinning "Please wait" screen that comes often when I start the truck up and it tries that initial saving of settings..., but will have to wait and see how the IPC replacement works out and go from there.

Are they confirming that the battery is at or above 12.5V *and* they are keeping it above 12.5V during the updates (no, starting and stopping the truck doesn't count)?

Yes. It is on the charger Ford recommends during the whole process. I had asked them about that early on and they confirmed.

I'm just guessing, but if you have an IPC issue, odds are that only half of the update applied properly. A handful of people have had that issue, and I don't think there is a way to fix it with FDRS or any official Ford product, but it can be fixed. The bad thing about it when this happens that the IPC update itself disappears from the list, but since stuff isn't correct, other updates are held until the full update is applied.
