My truck is in the shop for the 5th time to fix the software update problem plus the three recalls on my list. Hopefully they can fix it today.

 

@Livnitup if you don't mind, I'd like to see in FDRS if any software updates are available on my truck before I purchase a license.

Thank you! I think I will go to the dealer tomorrow just to see the truck maybe they will let me talk to the tech so I can mention this to him

 

Just picked up mine from the dealer. My notes are:

• When I go to check for system updates in the vehicle it says I'm up-to-date and gives me the notice from the 2.3.0 update
• My Sync version is 22095 Rev 421
• I can access the rear camera at speed (both hitch and normal views)
• The bed camera is just a blank, blue screen
• Hands-free blue cruise is functional
• When I go to 'Connected Services' on either the owner website or in Ford Pass the BlueCruise 'button' now says 'Activate' (it was 'Unavailable' or something before), but when I click on Activate I get an ERR_3000 error message. (And I've received no emails nor notifications from FordPass.)

Based on other posts, it sounds like I shouldn't worry too much about the Connected Services, that something could magically happen to that in the next 1-5 days.

But I am concerned about the bed camera blue screen and haven't seen that mentioned but one other time in this thread and that was back in December. Thoughts?

My bed camera went to a blue screen once. After shutting down the truck for a few minutes and starting it again, the image was back. Not sure why but it hasn't happened since.

 

I just got a notification on my phone saying I had been updated to 2.6.0. In the office for the moment so I can't take a look at what my truck says.............

 

Update. Day 2 of being at the service dept. at my local dealer. Still not fixed yet. This is starting to **** me off.

 

I have mine in the shop again. I would appreciate it if anyone has time to check to see if anything has been done in the last couple days and if you can tell what version of Powerup I have. Thank you. My vin is 1FTFW1E83MFC05246
