I really enjoy it, I can park all 5 in a manner that allows me to move any of them individually. Pretty soon (I'm "thinking") it will be even easier. I am pretty close to turning the Expedition into a Honda Odyssey or, preferably, a Toyota Sienna. The Wife wants a van now.... and since Ford can't seem to build one anymore, I'm going with a Honda or 'Yota. I think Honda probably builds a better motor, but for overall quality, the Toyota wins. I hate buying foreign.... but you know how it goes.

Back to the concrete... I really want to cover that back patio with a metal awning/roof, and also re-side my shop/shed with metal as well.

My brother went with a roll out for the deck between the house and a pool, it's nice, but it's just a sun shade material. Yea, not rain proof. At first I thought , -well, what good is that lol. But it's cool, lets just enough light in for a nice affect.

I had a SunSetter on the old house. It didn't fare well in the wind, lol. My exit door is in a bay window, so that might get tricky was a retractable.

Just got an email from Zillow.... which was pretty accurate for both houses back when we moved. According to Zillow, the old house has gone up 32K in value since we sold it, and our new house has gone up 53K since we bought it. Not bad.....

Get you a ford van and then trick it out. You'd be styling in one of these

Perfect for those winters in SLC too

Nope, they don't do well in the wind. Breathable material, but they just don't exhale quick enough. Might as well be vinyl lol.

I would roll one of those.... The Wife wouldn't, lol. She's already going nuts because I told her I don't want the Expy in the garage. Guaranteed my kids will door ding my Mustang with that behemoth, which is another reason a van works for me (sliding doors), lol. As much as she drives, I need something somewhat fuel efficient. The Expy is KILLING me with 11mpg.

Exactly! When that thing came out, I'd bet that 90% of the time I was putting it back up because it was getting too windy. Like you say, might as well be vinyl.

Depends on location I expect.... What litters the skies most during a windstorm, Tramps or Setters ? lol

It's literally a toss up, with a few humans dangling here and there.
