Pondered scrapping it many times and that was the plan if it didn't sell before we move but yeah then I would have to be the one to move it and haul it away... this way it's his problem lol

My Buddy finally just put "FREE" on the F150 we parted out. Still had the cab, bed, front and rear diffs, brakes.....

But we needed it outta there, so FREE got it out... LOL.

He's pretty sick right now, don't think we'll be working on it tomorrow.

Gee, White, was he in a rush to get it out of there? Sounds like there was $800-$1K left in that thing.

EDIT: Oh... "..we needed it outta there."

He doesn't have much room, and the neighbors were giving him the stink eye about it sitting out in the front yard. His house has a much smaller lot than mine does.... not much room over there, lol. Mostly he was trying to avoid both a ticket, and being responsible for some neighbor kid getting hurt on it.

If there was a chance of swapping over the axles to my truck, I would have taken it.

I was lucky with mine. It was able to set beside the garage out of sight of us and most anyone else as it was slowly picked apart. Finally, though enough was enough, and someone bought the hulk for less than I could've gotten if I'd kept at it, but it was overdue.

I have the luxury as well.... plenty of room behind a gate.

My neighbor a couple houses down told me he was very envious of all of my cement, lol. This is from when the previous owner owned it.... but you can see he had a biggas trailer back there. I park the Expy, F150, and my Toyota all out on the side in the front yard.

Yeah I was lucky it said behind my privacy fence and I have woods behind my house. Out of sight for the neighbors but not out of mind for me lol. I was close to putting free... probably another 4-6months. It's crazy how you can try to sell something for ever and never get a nibble but throw free on it and it'll be gone before you can blink!

Envious as well white. The GF has a two laner and 3 vehicles and doesn't want to part with any of them. Absolutely sucks moving vehicles around. I keep the 1 ton at the job site and still holding off on a personal vehicle. Yea, never new how much of a pain it was to be without parking lol.
