Thinking
I've never had a chime and never thought about it so I don't what that's about. There is a plug that's connected but I thought it was for the seat belt dash light and switch in the seat. It may be one and the same with the chime. I don't know?
Sounds like you're all set for power seats. My connector may have been located like yours at one time but now it's just tied up under the dash near the CTM. I tracked it down in the manual by wire colors and matching the connector to what's in the manual.

I don't know if you guys watch Motorsports Molly at all, but she just bought another 4 eye. I need to watch it more thoroughly, but I think this new one was possibly an LS powered car.

A chime just may be too over the top for a bench seat truck. A subtle, "Stay in you lane." statement.

From the wiring manual about the dash light, "Receives a signal from the GEM\CTM. The indicator will light for 60 seconds when the ignition switch is initially put in the RUN position, and driver belt is unbuckled." It's probably safe to assume that this has to do with that under the-seat-plug. I can't find anything about a chime but that doesn't mean there isn't one somewhere on the circuit\system.

Unplugging the seat belt chime has been part of my post-purchase procedure for most every vehicle I've bought until recently when they've become more integrated and (at least a little) "smarter." It still sucks, though, hearing the Jeep chide me when I don't fasten my belt while hauling the trash can down the driveway. At least give me 5 MPH? Of course, that's also the vehicle that will slam on the brakes for you if you attempt to pull forward or backward with the driver's door open, too. Scared the bejeezus out of me the first time it did it.

Reminiscent of the Gomer Pyle line, "Surprise. Surprise. Surprise." Every couple of years if not every year there's a new safety feature that's a big "first time" surprise. Just wait for the first time a proximity sensor fails for the automatic parallel parking feature. "Surprise. Surprise. Surprise." LOL
