Being a Nerd I have been Windows and wine free for a long time. Look into a couple open source alternatives, Open Office and Libre Office. I believe both have Windows versions available.

Any PC's that are using it for official work, I use 2016 or 2019.
Couldn't remember what I had on this laptop.... looks like 2019. Pretty sure 2019 was the newest version when I bought the license.
I've found that when I have put Open Office on a system, I am constantly helping the user with formatting and saving the documents properly. It's a little cumbersome for some people.
At work we seem to be having our yearly covid outbreak.
About 1/4 of our shop people are out with it. Maybe 1/8 of the office people.
Weird how it flairs up every year since 2020 about this time.
I feel sorry for them. With being sick those guys are gonna miss the 1st week of deer season.

Tested for it last week, first time. Girl walked in with a long q-tip. I'm like wait , where are you sticking that ? Was at full alert for a few seconds there.

Not a good morning.
Got a call from my daughter this morning all upset..... High winds today took out a tree branch from the neighbor's house and it went thru the back window of her Fusion.
Got her on the phone with the insurance, I just got off the phone with the body shop, and they will have the service dept. change the oil in it while it's there. I have to jump in the shower, I might have to go and pick her up and take her to work and back home tonight.
She is calling a tow truck and waiting on them.
That sucks, but sure is surprising!
Why the tow truck, Phil? Some duct tape on both sides of the damage, and I'd drive it there.
